Our DreamBox XL Pre-Assembly Service is here, designed to make setting up your DreamBox XL even easier! Read on for everything you need to know about it and what to expect for delivery once you place your order.
What does DreamBox XL Pre-Assembly mean?

When you select the DreamBox XL Pre-Assembly option at checkout, that means we'll build the 6 main pieces of it in our warehouse and deliver it to you curbside in a large crate (pictured above). We send your DreamBox XL partially assembled so you can get it through your front door, downstairs, or wherever your final location will be. Inside your DreamBox XL crate, you'll find 6 large pre-assembled pieces:
- 1 Left Box
- 1 Right Box
- 2 Swing Doors
- 1 Center Box (Top)
- 1 Center Box (Bottom)
Shipping the pieces separated within the crate ensures a safe delivery and happy customers!
Please note: dividers, shelving, totes, and accessories will not come installed. The image is for a visual example of sections.
Unboxing your Pre-Assembled DreamBox XL
Next, you’ll need at least two people to unbox and move the pieces inside, connect the hinges, add the dividers to your Side Boxes (so you can customize them where you like), add your totes and tracks, install your security kit, and move in! The Pre-Assembly option will cut your build time down from 5-10 hours to just 1-2.
Please note: You have the option to upgrade to "In-Garage Delivery" at checkout. This is a great option if you won't have someone available to help bring everything inside on the day of your delivery. I just ordered the DreamBox XL. What should I expect for delivery?
Once your Box is on its way, we will send a tracking number to your email. As it arrives at your local delivery hub, they will contact you to schedule a time for curbside delivery. Usually, the delivery will take place within 2-3 business days after it arrives at your local hub.
On the day of your delivery, the Pre-Assembled DreamBox XL will be placed on your driveway in a box. We highly recommend that you have a friend or a family member with you to help unbox it and bring your order inside. With an extra pair of hands, you’ll be able to get your DreamBox XL up and ready in no time!
As you unpack the crate, you will find six separate pieces of your DreamBox XL pre-assembled and ready to be connected together. Since your order is pre-built, you won’t have to worry about assembling the frame of the DreamBox yourself.
