4TH OF JULY TRADITIONS

1. Watch the Fireworks

With the fun activities and delicious treat ideas from this blog post, your 4th of July is off to a great start. End it with a bang! Check online for local fireworks, or if that's not an option, opt for confetti poppers or sparklers done at home. Please be aware of any regulations or restrictions in your area.

2. Friendly Competitions

Nothing is wrong with little competitive games when you’re with the people you love! We recommend having some fun with things! Whether it’s watermelon-eating competitions, relay races, a friendly game of volleyball, just have fun with it! Another fun game for kids and adults to work on throughout the day is a 4th of July Word Search from Heidi at Happiness Homemade.

You can find a downloadable link here.(Happiness Homemade)

3. Patriotic Parade

Check-in your local community what events or festivities they might have going on! A fun patriotic parade is always a good idea! If there’s nothing going on in your community, make your own parade with your family and friends. Buy some American flags, and make some cute t-shirts for the crew. Then parade around to good music, and enjoy your time together.
