Secret Santa DreamBox Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
All DreamBox orders placed between December 10–14, 2025 during the Secret Santa Week promotion are automatically entered to win. Giveaway is open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older. 

How to Enter:
Each qualifying DreamBox order (any DreamBox configuration) placed during the promotional period equals one (1) automatic entry. No additional purchase or action is required. Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a full refund of their DreamBox order total (product price only; excludes taxes, shipping, add-on services, and accessories not included in the DreamBox purchase). Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on Monday, December 15, 2025 via email and/or social media. The winner will also be contacted directly using the email associated with their order.

Winner Requirements:
The selected winner must respond to Create Room within 7 days of notification to accept the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:
Create Room reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, or modify/terminate the giveaway at any time if necessary. By participating, entrants agree Create Room may use their name and/or submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.

Limitations:
The giveaway prize has no cash value beyond the refund amount. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible DreamBox orders received. Void where prohibited.
