What kind of wood do you use for your furniture?

Our furniture is crafted in Fredonia, Arizona, using CARB (California Air Resource Board) approved 3/4" melamine-finished particle board to ensure durability against warping and size alterations. This precision is crucial for the tight fit required by our shelves' main structure, ensuring stability despite humidity or weather changes—similar to modern kitchen cabinets. Plus, cleaning is a breeze: simply wipe with Windex and a soft cloth to remove dirt and fingerprints.

Is there a warranty on the product?

These furniture products include a 1-year manufacturer warranty: DreamBox, Side Tables, DreamStation (excluding lifter), DreamCart (if purchased after September 2018), and Cubby. How does my product ship?

All of our furniture products come flat-packed and will need to be assembled (unless you add Pre-Assembly to your DreamBox). They are shipped by Old Dominion Freight Line in an 18-wheeler semi-truck (for delivery concerns please reach out to our customer service team for assistance). Our shipping and delivery charges only cover curbside delivery, unless you have opted for one of upgraded delivery options.

For shipping to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii please contact our Customer Service team for a detailed shipping quote.

You may be contacted if the price changes, you have additional charges, or receive money back. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, if you live abroad and can arrange your own insured international freight shipping, we will gladly work with you.

What is the weight limit of the table?

The weight limit of the DreamBox table is 50 lbs. If a Side Table, DreamCart, or DreamStation is attached, more weight can safely be added.

Stabilizers

Four Stabilizers are provided with the DreamBox package. These were custom designed to slide onto the Center Box and Side Box bases to prevent unwanted rolling and provide additional stability support.
Safety Brackets

It is advised that all free-standing, heavy furniture be anchored to your wall to prevent tipping accidents.
To make it simple, we have pre-drilled pilot holes on the top of the DreamBox Center Box and provided two heavy-duty Safety Brackets with attachment hardware.
Strong Hinges

The DreamBox table features strong custom hinges to support all kinds of crafting, with a weight limit of 50 lbs. If more weight is desired, we recommend adding the DreamCart or Side Table accessory that locks into the DreamBox table and provides additional support.

My tripod was still in the moving truck, so you can't see it all until the end. The box is amazing and I'm still organizing it all, but, already it is so wonderful to have a set place for everything and at arms reach no less!

I have not had a good experience. I recently moved to a very small town a good distance from any city of a big size. I deliberately ordered my dream box pre-assembled and with white glove service -(carry it to my second floor office, assembly and removal of packing material) so that I could start using it right away. I paid for that service because I KNEW that finding anyone to carry my dream box into the house and assemble it would be very difficult. Being older and slightly disabled and living alone until my husband retires in a few months I only bought my dream box because of the delivery service. My dream box was delivered on 27 April…a MONTH ago. The delivery men refused to do anything but put that enormous crate in my garage, blocking the entrance to the garage. It has been a month and I have not been able to find anyone to bring my dream box in. I tried all the services but no one has responded. My pre assembly and white glove costs were refunded, but I still do not have the use of the box. Not to mention it is still in the crate so I have no idea if there is any damage. I am VERY UNHAPPY with this experience and feel that the company let me down by not fulfilling the terms of my purchase. I wish I had refused delivery when the delivery guys refused to bring it in and assemble it. And I regret buying this furniture. For me it has been a nightmare that continues to cause stress and upset.

I have TWO DreamBox 3 units, one I bought last year in 2025 and one I bought this year in 2026. The amount of things that can be stored in the Dreambox is amazing, the versatility of the crafting cabinets is truly “a dream”, so much so that I had to get the second one! In all shelving and storage options there was truly nothing better than this! I got both units with the crown (a must have in my opinion) and the full tote storage as well as the additional drawers. I also purchased the side tables on the second DreamBox purchase and have 2 sets of the dry erase magnet sheets on both Dreamboxes. Everything purchased is well worth the money spent on it. Note that the tables are extremely heavy and do not fold into the dreambox and must be stored completely separate, and they do not stand on their own without the dreambox, but they give you so much more working space! Suggestion for CreateRoom: One thing I wish they would do is the swing door shelves, you are given shelves with the plastic guards- for every shelf except 2- these 2 boards are meant to create a “pocket shelf”, but I wish they would have also made it so that the plastic guards came with each shelf board rather than forcing you to use the 2 shelves as a pocket. I would much prefer the plastic guards for more in line storage over a “pocket”personally, but giving the guards allows you to choose if you want pocket shelves or if you want to use them as standard. Additionally, having those guards up on the site to purchase separately would have been nice as well. I also believe that the option to kit out the dreambox with wooden shelves over the totes should be an option, such as (half tote, full tote, half totes with half shelves, etc).

The product is OK. It's particle board and cheap plastic. It serves my needs so I guess the quality doesn't matter all that much;though it is annoying that the paint chips off so easily. Customer service has been sub par. In arranging to have it delivered, I was told I would receive a picture the package. I did not. I arranged to have it delivered to a store near my house because my road was too dangerous. This information was not passed on to the driver as promised. They have a reward point program. One of them was points for following them on YouTube. The link was broken. I called to let them know. No follow up. There were points offered to join a group text. I joined. Never received my points. There were points offered for being the most active person on their FB page with likes, comments, shares, etc. I spent 3 hours doing just that, then the offer disappeared without warning or follow up. I honestly don't know if this company is sketchy or just poorly run. I would not recommend based on all of the reasons above.

I am so upset that we purchased this. It did not arrive in the original timeframe, and when it finally showed up it was filthy, a large piece damaged, acrylic bars defective, and the worst part was the 36 HORRIBLE large totes. So today I received a replacement part for the back, and it was MUCH cleaner than the original so I'm pretty sure I got a very filthy set of DreamBox parts in my original shipment. It took an entire pack of baby wipes to gently wipe down every part before assembling it. It's like they left all the saw dust on everything. It actually LOOKED filthy when we got it out of the box. But the worst part was the tote replacements. I got a total of SIX large totes today to replace 36 HORRIBLE large and defective totes. Are you kidding me? You charge almost $3000 for this product, and you send pieces in this condition. I waited two additional weeks for the replacement parts - only to receive SIX large totes to replace an entire lot of 36 terribly produced totes that should have never left your facility. I am without words. I regret this purchase. It was dirty, many parts were defective or damaged (and not due to the shipment), and in the end I received SIX totes to replace 36 totes. UNBELIEVABLE. Please contact customer service to read my full email that I sent within the five day window timeframe documenting all the things wrong with these totes. I am still sitting here in shock. I want to cry.

Get time right when box is coming! Get it put together quickly if not on the day it comes. As to anything else it still sits in pieces on my sewing room floor. I was told someone would be here but I have NOT heard back again. I was sick in January when I felt better I had to get on them to get it shipped. Then it came but nobody to put it together…White Glove. They were coming but the guys car did not work. They have agreed since all the problems to put everything together but as I said, it’s Wednesday, it supposed to be done Saturday and I have not heard back. I made one payment because that Bread Company kept treating me. My bank said not to send anymore money until it is put together and is lives up to my expectations.

I paid for the pre built and then the white glove service where they bring it into the room I would like and build the remainder of the dream box. Two of my doors/cabinets were broken so they were unable to build the dream box. They built it half way but I then had to build the last part of the dream box. The customer service was great with Morag and getting the replacement pieces, the issue was that I had to disassmble the pieces that were broken to replace them with the new ones and that was not easy. If I didn't have my husband here to help I wouldn't have been able to remove the pieces and have them salvagable to add the new pieces to. That was frustrating and annoying since I did pay to have it built. I am not sure if it was worth the money yet or not, as I had so many issues in the begning that I was frustrated and annoyed.

I have been obsessed with Dream Box for about 4 or 5 years, ever since I saw one on Pinterest for the first time! As a disabled Navy vet who was in school about 2 years ago (from 2017-2023), I wasn't working, and my only income was the subsistence I received from the VA with my 20% disability check. I have redone the tote liners/labels 3 times now, finally settling on white cardstock with the frosted deep purple vinyl in a fun font called "Tear Drop." This gorgeous piece of statement furniture needs her own room! (P.S. - don't ever trust the dimensions I give you of a space if you are wanting to know if you can fit something in it, b/c my estimation was WAAAAAY off!) I can't believe how much I can fit in it, but honestly? If I had the money RIGHT NOW, I would have already purchased my second Dream Box for the other guest bedroom! Not everything I have can fit in just one! I love that the MAJORITY of my supplies (ranging from acrylic & watercolor painting, to foils, macrame, wired jewelry, suncatchers, windchimes, wax seals, stamping blocks, and air brush - just to name the majority of what I do!) are NOW all in one place and organized, everything in its place, and not under the bed, in two or three different rooms, or in rubbermaid totes in the hall closet! My hubby promised me a Dreambox for years but we just didn't have the room in our small condo. When we moved into our new home in the spring, we renovated the room that would be my craft room and office. He made good on his promise and purchased the Dreambox for me. (I believe it was a Labor Day promotion) that came with the double light crown, the tool cubby and 12x12 paper organizer. Our street could not accommodate the delivery truck (18 wheeler), and apparently there was no smaller box truck available. Luckily, one of the guys working on our home reno was willing to help us out, and he met the delivery truck with his trailer, loaded it and brought it to the house. This was the only compliment I can make. My hubby and I unpacked it and carried the mostly assembled pieces into my room. The box (pre assembled) was fairly easy to put together. I have since organized my art and craft supplies, added wallpaper, tote covers, and labels. The Dreambox is amazing and still has ample room for the remaining art supplies that I have yet to get out of storage before the move. It's a game-changer!

Wow! Just Wow! To say I love it is putting it mildly. Never dreamed it can hold everything and still have room for MORE fabric, patterns, tools, threads, batting, etc. Not done organizing yet because I’ve got to buy more of everything to fill it up! i wasn't going to purchase the dream box because on the price point. A deal fell through with a sub-contractor so our main contractor did some research after I recommended this and found that it was going on sale the end of June and so I purchased it and the contractor put it together for me and I just love it. I have yet to craft on it but planning to real soon.

I saw Dreambox on Jennifer Maker's web site. I was very interested and decided that it was just what I needed to have all my crafting supplies in one place. I purchased a pre-built box and put it together all by myself. My daughter saw mine and indicated she really liked it and someday would get one for herself.
