I was so glad to have some help getting the pieces of my new DreamBox from the driveway to the upstairs room I’d cleared to make into a craft room. They had so much more than muscle…all the equipment to make sure they could safely move the heaviest pieces, nothing we would’ve had access to.
Room of Choice is the way to go! My husband and I would have taken forever to get everything in our movers weee great!
They arrived on April 24 around 1:30 pm. Unpacked and got everything in the house for us. They went over packing slip with us to make sure everything we ordered was here. Got all the large pieces in the room we wanted and assured us that putting it together was not difficult ( he had actually assembled one for a lady). Great service!
My craft/sewing room was specifically designed for me many years ago. It is the perfect location for my dreambox..
My consultant said this isn’t an option so you need to take it off the website
There was one crate about 63" wide and weighed over 600 lbs. I paid for room-of-choice ($349.00). There were 2 men in a large truck. They had no problem driving down our driveway. However, the 63" crate could not fit through any doorway as doors are usually 36" wide. Nevertheless, the crate had to be placed in the garage as the two men could not move a 600 plus crate. I was told that the dream box would be 5 individual boxes. Going to ask for a refund.
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion and inconvenience surrounding the Room of Choice delivery. You are correct that a fully crated DreamBox cannot fit through standard doorways, and we regret that this was not communicated clearly ahead of delivery, as they should have removed the pieces from the box and delivered it to your room of choice. Since this service did not meet expectations, we have issued a full refund for the Room of Choice fee. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue improving how we set expectations around delivery. - The Create Room Team
